SunSutra delivers stone jewellery across India through trusted courier partners.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery times are:

Metro cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–8 business days

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, shipment tracking details will be sent to the email address or mobile number provided during checkout.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

SunSutra shall not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Deliveries

If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers should:

Take photographs of the package before opening it.
Report the issue to us within 48 hours.
Email all supporting photographs and the order number to team@sunsutra.in.
Force Majeure

SunSutra shall not be responsible for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, government actions or other force majeure events.
