- Avoid prolonged exposure to perfume, chemicals, cosmetics and moisture.
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not soak — especially bracelets with Selenite, Pyrite or Lava Stone.
- Store separately in a clean pouch to prevent scratching.

Replacements & Refunds
We offer replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect. Please email team@sunsutra.in within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. Are the stones natural?
Yes. We use only AAA quality premium beads: every stone is handpicked and lab tested, and we never use dyed, heat-treated, glass or imitation stones. Natural differences in colour, pattern and inclusions make each bracelet one of a kind.
Will it fit my wrist?
The beads are strung on a soft, durable elastic cord and fit most adult wrists comfortably. If you need a smaller or larger size, message us on WhatsApp before you order.
Which hand should I wear it on?
Traditionally, the left wrist is for receiving (gratitude, receptivity) and the right wrist is for action (decisions, work, negotiation). Follow your own or your family's practice if it differs.
Can I wear it while bathing or sleeping?
We recommend taking it off before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Many stones, especially pyrite, do not like water, soaps or perfume, and this keeps the cord and the polish in good condition.
Does it stop working if someone else touches it?
No. A touch does not undo your intention. Many people prefer to keep personal crystals to themselves; if someone else handles it, simply cleanse it and restate your intention.
How do I cleanse and recharge it?
Use gentle methods: a few minutes of incense smoke held at a safe distance, a singing bowl or bell, or a night in moonlight. Avoid soaking it in water or salt.
Is it energised?
Yes. Every piece is energised with intention before it leaves us, so it is ready to wear the day it arrives.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. You can pay with Cash on Delivery, UPI, cards or netbanking, and delivery is free across India.
What if it arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery at team@sunsutra.in with your order number and photos, and we will replace it.
